Positive: Our stay was very pleasant and the apartment is very comfortable with all that was stated in the description. Location is good and an easy walk into Canmore.

Positive: Highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations! Especially the bonus underground carpark and the information provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windtower, we would stay again. Positive: The kitchen was well equipped, the layout of the suite was very comfortable, our host was quick to answer our queries, underground parking was a nice bonus.

Ahmed away from home Positive: It is very comfortable and privet and have pretty much all amenities you have home. Doesn't feel you are in a hotel. You don't see the host just chat. Kitchen has everything even all basic spices,oil and such. All small appliances as well. Perfect for people who preferred home made food and doesn't like room service. Also the host offered a park pass for free which Is amazing. It saves $20 per day Negative: The unit is nice and clean but fairly old. Small ware and tare in multiple places that was not taking care off. Broken transition on the floor by the fridge. Stained bathtub, windows net were taped in the bedroom and the opening is not working and such. Also the kitchen vent is blowing air inside instead of taking the fumes out which makes cooking inside stink. Long walk from the undergraund garage to the unite if you have heavy luggage. The host should include instructions for luggage carts, we couldn't find any. And again no room service -do it all yourself and quite large cleaning fee. The host ask to start the laundry upon leaving.

Fairly comfortable, but don't expect a lot of service or help if you need anything. Positive: Kitchen was well stocked. Negative: We had an issue with plumbing (the suite had flooded) and couldn't find who to contact for help. When we finally tracked down the host, he was abrupt and unhelpful until he heard my husband start talking; then he quickly agreed to have someone come take a look.
