Positive: The unit was set up with many kitchen amenities, which we appreciated. We appreciated having ziplock bags, foil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. We appreciated having a comfortable living room space and TV with channels to watch. We also appreciated having a washer & dryer to use as we had been on the road for a few days. It was a comfortable space and close to town. Negative: Getting into this property required a bit of work. There was very little communication between the host and us. Upon our arrival we had to go through a very long email with an access code to the parking garage, access code to the unit and a bunch of instructions. It would have been nice to have received this a few days in advance in order to process it. Perhaps that may have been my fault…don’t know? Even after we arrived, I emailed the host and there was no response. The unit was a bit confusing to find as the building was located in a very condensed area filled with many, many condos. Once we found the unit and got settled in, we were good. Additional storage space in the bathroom would have also been nice. Very small counter and difficult to spread out our personal items.

Positive: Our stay was very pleasant and the apartment is very comfortable with all that was stated in the description. Location is good and an easy walk into Canmore.

Positive: Highly recommend! Exceeded our expectations! Especially the bonus underground carpark and the information provided.
